How to Make Strawberry Vinegar: BA Daily: Bon Appétit

Strawberry Vinegar
Makes 3 cups

INGREDIENTS
1 lb. strawberries, hulled and quartered
2 cups white wine vinegar
1 cup rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar

PREPARATION
Combine strawberries, white wine vinegar, rice wine vinegar, and sugar in a large bowl or glass jar. Refrigerate overnight, up to 24 hours. Discard strawberries and strain vinegar through cheesecloth or a coffee filter into a glass jar or container. Vinegar will keep up to 1 month refrigerated.
